Midlothian ISD welcomes and encourages all parents to become an integral part of their child's educational career while he/she is at MISD. As your child's first teacher, it is important to be involved in their everyday life as they attend school. All parents are welcome to visit campuses and communicate via phone or e-mail with MISD Administrators, principals, teachers, coaches and staff.

MISD to host Aim for Success Parent Preview Program
Parents of middle school students are welcome to attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2009 in the MISD Administration Boardroom from 6:30-7:30p and preview our student programs to be presented to MISD 7th and 8th grade students in the upcoming weeks. Aim For Success believes parents should be their child's primary sex educator. Therefore parents are given an opportunity to preview the information and teaching methods used in the student presentations. This 60 minute program also provides creative information to help parents know why, when and how to talk to their children about sex.
